New forum skin

Perhaps one thing that would be an improvement would be a Trek themed skin for the forums. Here is one that I found, I am still trying to see if I can change the Constitution class to an Excelsior.

I may just have to make the whole skin myself.

Honestly, I cannot stand that skin, I never could in all the times I've seen it around. I am going to incorporate more trek features to our current one as we go along, and around December when I start getting some more money I'm also going to see about trying to get us a Nova site for our main page.
